I’ve had several back and forth emails with someone that is now deciding not to respond to at all. I think it’s ridiculous and very unprofessional how you all are handling business. The customer service is trash and now that I’ve went 3 whole months without receiving my order now they are refusing to respond to my emails and refund me my money

I love this body scrub and the magix cream. These two products pair beautifully together and are keeping my skin very soft and moisturised. I have dark elbows, so it’s my resolution to use these products consistently to get rid of these dark marks.
It's only been two weeks since using the scrub I purchased it mainly for my elbow where a few years Imy elbow began getting dark rough pimple spots nothing I tried seemed to help. Haven't noticed a great improvement using the scrub but the roughness has improved slightly and the area feels softer. Hopefully this will continue
