I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERS FROM JANUARY!!!! LOOK AT ALL OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!! THEY RESPONDED ONCE AND HAVE IGNORED ME SINCE! I DISPUTED IT WITH MY BANK AND THIS COMPANY DISPUTED THAT!! NOW MY BANK WILL NOT GIVE BACK MY MONEY AND THEY WONT EITHER!!

Sold me a product that didn't work
I really love Ava+ products and the membership benefits. The quality is great, and I’m very happy with the results. I plan to share photos with my next order. However, delivery took much longer than expected. My order arrived more than two weeks late, and I had timed my purchase hoping it would arrive before I ran out of my night cream. Unfortunately, I was left without it for a while which was clearing up nicely. Marks have lightened compared to a few months ago when they were much darker. They likely would have faded more quickly, or even disappeared, if the night cream had been provided on time. Overall, the products themselves are excellent, but improving delivery times would make the Ava+ Membership even better.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ava Estell. I never received my order or any shipping information. I’ve contacted the company three times, including requesting a refund, and have received no response. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve timely updates and responses, especially after paying for products. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They will take your money and not deliver your products.
I have been using ava for two months and my dark patches on my face are still visible. Not sure if it agrees with my face. However, it has worked on my hands and feet which have been different colour to my whole body but now they look and feel better.
BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! I placed an order in March and I have received and heard nothing. I’m going to initiate a charge back in a few days, but I hate to do that because it hurts the company. You want to support black owned businesses but then they play with you and your money! The products work, but only if you get them.

Product is good and helps with flare ups but went away pack into my back and it all melted and ruined my bag .. There is no warning on the packaging that this need to be kept extra cool. And the containers don’t seal so leaked out and ruined a aspinal of London bags I’m bet disappointed ..
The order was delivered in a box that was falling apart the contents of which were broken and had leaked through. Absolutely horrendous and unbelievable. Definitely not fit for purpose. Still waiting to hear from support. Very disappointed an I have been waiting for 15 days for the order.

It am yet to receive my order from March. How is this acceptable? I have emailed atleast 3 times to follow up but I just get generic replies to "pacify" me. Ava, I have been a customer a long time and should have known the ship was sinking when you kept sending me expired products. Please make this right!

We love the products, quality is top notch, each fragrance smells amazing, lathers well and makes the the skin rich. The body washes are now my family's favourite, one of the best we've tried in the market so far. And the best part is, it is black owned and we love it when it's tailored to us. One of the bottles spilled during delivery but it didn't matter as I couldn't wait to start using it. Will definitely order again and again. Thank you Ava Estell for bringing this back to the market.

I love the products. The fact they smell nice and don’t irritate my skin is amazing because most products for eczema either don’t have scent at all or smell really medicine like. My favourites are the winter body cream and the magix cream as soon as my skin comes into contact with them it IMMEDIATELY soothes. Thanks so much for seeing an issue within the black community that’s often overlooked and actually coming up with a high quality solution <3
